yeah so i started a blog. i’m going to try to post to this every day — don’t hold me to it, i hate homework.
i think that it will be a healthy outlet so i don’t have to spam everyone but ill probably do that still.
otherwise—getting settled in the new home. it is an absolute wreck right now. i did my research on whether ordering things off the internet is really that much worse for the environment than going to the store by myself in the car. seems like it’s kind of a wash based on upstream supply chain for delivery of goods to distribution centers then stores is about the same — and delivery directly to consumers on efficient routes may actually be better on a per consumer basis. but idk — seems variable and difficult to say. reduce reuse recycle
people always forget reduce is the first part — i think over consumption is more of the problem anyway. plus i don’t think the burden needs to be on the consumer. maybe major corporations need to be doing more.
and it’s all a wash when we compare to what the department of defense is doing.
enough for today. i’ll try to update the album of the week on thursdays. i tried so hard to link apple music too, but it just didn’t let me.
